Accommodation
The house is on two levels and is furnished to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor is the west-facing lounge, which affords magnificent views over the Ochil Hills and west towards Wallace's monument and Ben Lomond.
Accommodation comprises:-
Lounge, comfortably furnished with television, video, music system and a selection of books and videos
Master bedroom with en-suite
Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with bunk beds
Large fully fitted kitchen, with oven, gas hob, automatic washing machine and fridge freezer.
Breakfast/dining room with French windows leading out to the decked garden area
Ground floor WC
Family bathroom Large walk-in cupboard
The villa is centrally heated throughout, and has double glazed windows.
A travel cot (linen not provided) and high chair are available - please order with your booking
Outside
Parking is provided on the drive. There is a garden at the front and garden with deck at the rear.
Location
The house, which is easily reached from the south or the north and is about ten minutes drive from the centre of Stirling, is ideally suited to family use for a family of up to six, or two couples travelling together.
The road and rail network provides convenient links to Glasgow, Edinburgh, the North and Scotland's central belt. This central location means it is ideally situated to cater for a wide range of activities such as golf, walking, cycling fishing, water sports and travelling around Scotland by car, and the new Trossachs National Park is within easy striking distance.
Very close at hand is the city of Stirling with its many historical buildings and sites of interest, not least of all being the magnificent castle. Stirling also has a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and bistros.
Letting arrangements
The flat is let from Saturday to Saturday, with check in time as close to 3p.m. as possible.
Departure time is 10a.m., which allows us to prepare the flat for the next arrivals.
The price quoted is inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels, and a small amount of domestic items such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid.
A deposit of one hundred pounds is required to secure your booking, with the balance being payable six weeks prior to your arrival. Please make cheques payable to Patrick & Jennifer Hackett.
